The Solana Nin has produced sea salt by traditional methods for around 1,500 years, making it one of the region's oldest salt works. A small salt museum tells the story of the craft and its history, while the delicate 'cvijet soli' (salt flower) is prized as a speciality. The surrounding lagoon is also a valuable habitat for many bird species.

Admission is charged. Binoculars are worth bringing for birdwatching, and the salt harvest is best seen in the summer months.
