The Sphinx of Zadar is a large sculpture in the Brodarica district, created by the artist Giovanni Smirich in memory of his late wife. Half-hidden amid greenery, it is surrounded by numerous legends and stories. It ranks among the city's most unusual and mysterious monuments.
