Telašćica Nature Park occupies the southern tip of Dugi otok and encloses one of the largest and most sheltered bays in the Adriatic. On its seaward side, dramatic cliffs (stene) drop almost 160 metres to the water, while inland the calm, salty Lake Mir invites a warm-water swim. The park borders Kornati National Park and shares its rugged maze of islands.
Good to know
The park can be reached by boat or by road from Sali, and a ticket is required. Lake Mir is a popular spot for a warm, shallow swim.
